The upper uses lightweight MOTION WRAP material for advanced breathability, comfort, and fit allowing greater toe splay with a snug mid-foot hold. A full-length carbon plate and FF BLAST TURBO foam — the lightest and most responsive midsole material from ASICS — help conserve more energy while maintaining your pace. The carbon plate is higher and flatter in the METASPEED SKY+ for more aerial momentum.
