001 – Stealth Graphene

The norda™ 001 is the first trail shoe to fashion a bio-based version of coveted ultralight outdoor material Dyneema® into a functional upper. This version features the first ever all-black bio-based Dyneema® fibres. Incomparably lightweight and indestructible, this breathable fabric will endure hundreds of miles of rugged terrain.

A bespoke lightweight midsole is engineered with Vibram® SLE to offer generous cushioning without sacrificing responsiveness. The norda™ sole plate utilises Vibram Litebase® technology, enhancing performance with a 30% reduction in overall sole weight. A Vibram Megagrip® rubber delivers the best traction and strongest grip we’ve experienced on wet or dry terrain.

To create a truly all-weather runner, this pair is outfitted with a G+®GRAFYTHERM waterproof membrane.

G+®GRAFYTHERM: Waterproof to 10,000mm, this membrane adds additional warmth and dryness whilst remaining highly breathable. It’s the lightest, strongest, most conductive natural material on Earth. The thermal properties help GRAFYTHERM^® ensure heat homogenisation – avoiding the creation of hot sports and thermal discomfort.

Dyneema®: The entire norda™ 001 upper is seamlessly constructed with Dyneema®, the world’s strongest and lightest fibre to deliver the best possible performance, highest abrasion resistance, with the lowest environmental footprint.
